“The Another Link in the Chain (ALITC) program forms bonds and relationships between current midshipmen and members of the 50-year class counterpart through the four years on the Yard and beyond. The midshipmen are buoyed and encouraged by the physical presence and moral support of the senior alumni, and members of the 50-year class counterpart enjoy working with the current midshipmen in their development of Navy and Marine officers. From Induction Day to Commissioning and beyond, the 50-year counterpart class becomes a part of the U.S. Naval Academy experience for the Brigade.”

ACTION ITEMS

1.    Provide feedback on proposed Reef Points submission.  
        '81 ALITC is given the opportunity to include a short Class of 1981 input (less than 950 words) in the Class of ’31 Reef         Points. Our Reef Points Committee has completed a draft write-up for our ’81 Classmates review. Please click on LINK and         check out the write-up.

2.    Provide feedback on proposed Honor Coin design.  
        During Plebe Summer, there will be a special Honor Presentation. At the end of the Presentation, ’81 ALITC will present an         Honor Coin (of our design) to each member of the Class of ’31. Our Honor Coin Committee has produced a proposed Honor         Coin design for our ’81 Classmates review. Please click on LINK and check out the Honor Coin design.
